The Black Swan Summit is inspired by Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s concept of rare, unpredictable events that reshape societies. Once symbolised by the discovery of black swans in Perth, these shocks are now part of everyday reality. The Summit reframes disruption as transformation, exploring how humanity, machines and money can evolve together to build resilience and inclusion. Rooted in the belief that impermanence is constant, it helps leaders understand where they stand in the cycle of change and how to turn uncertainty into strategy.
