Amy Stanley is Chief People Officer at HBF, where she leads the People, Culture and Corporate Affairs agenda at a pivotal moment of technological transformation. She leads HBF's AI strategy in partnership with the CTO — a deliberate signal of HBF's commitment to ensuring AI adoption is human-centred, ethical and capability-led. Amy brings deep experience across talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development and organisational change, with a sharp focus on how AI is reshaping skills, work design and the nature of opportunity. She is a passionate advocate for viewing talent as essential infrastructure — arguing that sustained investment in skills, inclusion and human capability is the most consequential lever organisations have to unlock long-term value for individuals, businesses and the broader economy. Amy is a member of the WA CEDA State Advisory Council and is actively engaged with Chief Executive Women (CEW), contributing to national conversations on leadership, economic transformation and the future of work.
