Jisoo Kim

Jisoo Kim is Co-Founder and Director of ClearAI, an Australian advisory helping organisations adopt artificial intelligence responsibly and strategically. ClearAI works with leaders to embed ethical governance, build capability, and design AI strategies that elevate people, protect trust, and create lasting value.

Previously, Jisoo served as Policy Adviser to the Chief of Joint Operations and Digital Media Adviser to former Prime Minister Scott Morrison AC. Across these roles, she witnessed technology reshaping power and influence: from algorithms and meme culture redefining politics, to disinformation warping perceptions across the Indo-Pacific, and advancements on the battlefield altering the ethics and methods of modern warfare.

These experiences now guide her work at ClearAI, where she helps leaders govern people, systems, and technology in an era of rapid disruption – bridging the gap between AI development and AI adoption to strengthen Australia’s resilience and readiness for the future. Jisoo holds a Master’s of National Security Policy from the Australian National University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
