Bloom Fintech

Belle Lou is the Founder of Bloom Fintech, a PayFi (programmable payment finance) platform focused on building infrastructure for global trade. Bloom integrates trade data, financial capital, and programmable payments to enable more efficient supply chain financing and cross-border settlement.

Belle is also a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Sydney, with extensive experience advising on cross-border transactions, financial structures, and complex commercial disputes. Through Bloom, she works at the intersection of law, finance, and technology, exploring how programmable financial infrastructure can improve access to trade finance and unlock liquidity in global supply chains.

Her work focuses particularly on the digitisation of trade data, the tokenisation of real-world assets, and the development of PayFi architectures that connect payments, trade, and financing into a unified financial system.

Belle is also engaged in international discussions on fintech and financial infrastructure and has participated in various industry forums and conferences addressing the future of digital finance.
